Our quarrying operations represent a continuous thread through Stornoway’s life as an infrastructure services provider. In fact, the deposit discovered on the farm in the early 1970s is still mined today.

It's from this heartland that Stornoway supplies a range of high quality quarry products across Tasmania. Ranging from fine crusher dusts to oversize rock, our screened and crushed gravel is used for a wide range of construction applications including building site preparation, pipe laying and road maintenance.

We also supply high quality grade concrete aggregate and screened, organic free industrial sands as well as a wide range of decorative stone and rock products, available bagged for the home landscaper or bulk for wholesale supply.

We work with a variety of customers across State Government, Local Government, builders, contractors, landscape suppliers, hardware retailers and nurseries.
