Aqeo® UF

The Aqeo® UF plant is a fully enclosed and skid mounted ultra-filtration plant for water and wastewater purification. The system is based on a combination of pre-filtration, membrane ultra-filtration and disinfection.
Aqeo® UF plants exclusively incorporate a world leading ultra-filtration membrane system. Our supplier manufactures a range of membranes for different applications, all of which can be incorporated into the Aqeo® UF plant, depending on feed water quality and required discharge standards.
Our membranes also have the flexibility of working with fully automated Clean in Place (CIP) systems.
Single step treatment is also possible and can produce a high quality permeate without particles and bacteria. The Aqeo® UF plant’s performance efficiency is maximised in all areas delivering turbidity <<0.1 NTU, silt density index <<3, 6 log removal of bacteria, phosphate removal and high filtration of organics.

The membranes integrated into Aqeo® UF systems are world renowned for their durability and lack of fouling. They also operate at high fluxes and can be backwashed.

The robustness of the system design results in consistent performance and lower maintenance costs. All Aqeo® UF plants also use 3 phase motors for lower amp draw to save costs and increase reliability.
