Tree Dynamix and Stornoway are seeking suitably qualified and or experienced Crew Leader to lead a dynamic, and developing team, providing professional tree services to Southern Tasmania.
The above position will be based out of our Brighton depot and require the successful applicant to be able to lead small teams, plan and organise work safely and effectively with the support of an active and involved operations team behind you.
You will lead all aspects of tree maintenance work ensuring crew and equipment safety and effective utilisation, and performance of work as per customer specifications.
This role is perfect for someone who is experienced and accomplished technically but looking to develop their leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment.
